Account and sign-in
You can use Dua as a guest without an account. If you signed in and can’t access your account, try the same sign-in method (Google, or email and password) you originally used. Lost access entirely? Contact us — we cannot recover an account without verifying it’s yours.
Notifications and widgets
Reminder times and the Android home-screen widget are configured from Settings in the app. If reminders stop arriving, check that notifications are allowed for Dua in your phone’s system settings and that battery optimization isn’t restricting the app.
Offline access
Core reading is designed to keep working with a limited connection, but signing in and the very first content sync both require internet access.
Reporting a bug or a content issue
For a translation, source, or content correction, or to report a bug or a safety concern, use the Report page — it routes to the same inbox and helps us act faster.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from the Delete account page, even without the app installed.
